Stated Private Allocation Terms
Up to 2,500,000 existing HIC is designated for allocation at a stated price of 0.05 USDC per HIC. At full allocation, this equals 125,000 USDC and represents 2.5% of the fixed 100,000,000 HIC maximum supply.
2,500,000 HIC
Maximum HIC coin pool available through this private allocation process.
0.05 USDC / HIC
The stated unit price for each HIC included in an accepted allocation.
125,000 USDC
The total value only if the full 2,500,000 HIC allocation is completed.
Proceeds received through accepted private HIC allocations are designated to finance continued Hickory ecosystem development and the ongoing operation, maintenance and security of the Hickory network.
What the Allocation Supports
The allocation is intended to provide working capital for the technical development and infrastructure needed to keep the Hickory ecosystem progressing and the network operational.
Core Development
Continued development, testing and hardening of Hickory Blockchain, Hickory Wallet, HICScan, JYNVI and related ecosystem integrations.
Network Operations
Servers, validator and node infrastructure, RPC and API services, monitoring, backups, bandwidth and other costs required to operate and maintain the network.
Security and Development Tools
Security reviews, testing environments, developer tooling, AI-assisted development services and essential technical subscriptions supporting ongoing delivery.
No fixed percentage is assigned to an individual category on this page. Actual expenditure will follow the current technical, security and operational priorities of the Hickory project.
What Hickory Has Already Built
Hickory already operates a working public network and connected ecosystem products. The status below separates delivered capabilities from mainnet and interoperability work still in progress.
Hickory Public Network
The current public testnet / early network is producing blocks with Proof-of-Stake validator infrastructure and live RPC and REST endpoints.
Native HIC Economics
HIC is the native Hickory coin with a fixed 100,000,000 HIC maximum supply, 0% inflation and no native post-genesis mint path.
HICScan
The Hickory explorer provides visibility into blocks, transactions, validators, wallets, staking activity and network health.
Hickory Wallet
The official non-custodial browser wallet is available for Hickory wallet management, transaction signing and HIC access.
JYNVI
The AI-assisted intelligence and validator operations platform is available as part of the Hickory ecosystem.
Mainnet Candidate Review
The independent P0 re-review passed with warnings. Production deployment remains unauthorized and no production upgrade is scheduled.
What the Funding Helps Complete
Allocation proceeds support completion of the remaining technical, security, infrastructure and ecosystem milestones listed below.
Mainnet Readiness Conditions
Long-duration memory profiling, an isolated signer / double-sign safety test and a positive whole-uhic commission withdrawal proof remain to be completed before production approval.
Noble USDC / IBC Route
IBC compatibility is technically feasible, but a verified live Hickory–Noble client, channel, relayer route and rehearsal transfer are not yet operational.
ISO 20022 Compatibility Direction
A future technical objective is to support ISO 20022-compatible financial message mapping and gateway integration for structured settlement workflows. This is a development target, not a current certification.
HickoryDEX
The planned decentralized exchange remains in development. No public DEX trading or automated HIC–USDC swap is currently available.
Mainnet Expansion
Production validator expansion, public mainnet staking, governance activation, redundancy and final operational documentation remain roadmap work.
What Is Being Allocated
- HIC is the native coin of Hickory Blockchain, not a token issued on another network.
- The base denomination is uhic: 1 HIC equals 1,000,000 uhic.
- The maximum supply is fixed at 100,000,000 HIC with 0% inflation.
- A private allocation transfers existing HIC; it does not create or mint new HIC.
From Inquiry to Settlement
Every accepted allocation follows documented terms and verified wallet addresses. There is no automatic website checkout.
- 01
Request
Send an allocation inquiry from an email address you control. Do not include a seed phrase, private key or password.
- 02
Review
Hickory reviews eligibility, intended participation and the legal or compliance requirements that apply.
- 03
Written Terms
If approved, the allocation amount, price, payment route, settlement address and conditions are documented before payment.
- 04
Test Payment
Where required, a small verified test transfer confirms the native USDC payment route before the main payment.
- 05
Settlement
After payment confirmation and completion of the written agreement, existing HIC is sent to the purchaser's Hickory address.
- 06
Receipt
Both parties retain the agreement, payment evidence and on-chain settlement records for their documentation.
Payment and HIC Delivery
If specified in the written terms, payment may use native USDC on Noble through verified treasury instructions. HIC is delivered to the purchaser's verified Hickory wallet address only after the required USDC confirmation and agreement steps are complete.
Network support and payment routes can change. Always use the exact chain, asset and address stated in the final verified instructions.
Security Rules
Hickory will never request your seed phrase, mnemonic, private key or wallet password. Verify the official domain, email thread, chain, denomination and every address before transferring funds.
Keep control of your wallet and independently verify the HIC settlement transaction in a Hickory block explorer.
